Capping part:

The cap screwing part will screw the cap arranged by the cap unscrambler onto the bottle after filling, and send it to the following process by the conveyor chain.

The capping machine drives the turntable to rotate through the reducer. Remove the cap from the hopper through the outlet of the cap under the action of centrifugal force.

At the exit, there is a reverse cap separation device. When the reverse cap passes by, the cap will automatically fall into the return pipe and automatically blow the reverse cap into the hopper through the wind. Only the positive cap can enter the slide smoothly.

The cap quantity in the hopper is automatically detected by photoelectric switch to control the cap feeder, so as to ensure the ideal effect of the cap feeding and screwing.
