Juice bottling machine description:

RCGF12-12-5 juice bottling machine has 3 working positions: rinsing part, filling part and capping part. It’s mainly used to empty bottle rinsing, juice filling and cap screwing.

This machine is used for fruit juice, energy drink production continuously. This juice bottling machine uses bottle neck holding transmission technology to realize automatic bottle rinsing, juice filling and cap screwing.

If customer wants to fill fruit pulp into the bottle together, we can also add one more step fruit pulp filling into the machine, to satisfy different customer demands.

1. This machine has conpact structure with rinsing filling and capping 3 parts in one machine.

2. 3 working parts are driven by one motor with belt and gear, which ensures every working position can run simultaneously.

3. Automatic cleaning system is equipped, it can connect to CIP cleaning system directly to clean the filling tank and valve, which is good for machine service life.

4. Filling tank, filling valve and all other parts in contacting filling material is made of SUS304/316.

5. Centralized lubricating oil for easy maintenance and maintenance.

Bottle inlet:

This machine has two types empty bottle feeding way, first one, filling machine can be directly connected to automatic bottle blowing machien with air conveyor, then bottles will be sent to filling machine working position automatically without people touching. Second, people can collect empty bottles first, then feed the empty bottle to air conveyor part of filling machine, we will provide bottle feeding table for more covenient

operation, we will suggest good way according to customer situation and demands.

Bottle rinsing:

Bottles rinsing part clamps are made of SUS304, it wil grip the bottle neck to start the rinisng, so high quality stainless steel material makes

sure the rinsing area is clean and free from secondary contamination

Bottle filling:

According to the quality of different bottles, the machine adopts two filling methods: atmospheric pressure and negative pressure, to ensure accurate filling without leakage, and meet the actual needs of customers and production conditions.

The filling valve will be opened by the bottle mouth to realize material filling, to ensure that there is no contact with other substances, to ensure that the filling is clean and sanitary.

Screw capping:

Screw capping heads and the slide cover linked as a one body, when it move along with the main shaft, the gear of the screw

capping shaft will gear with inner tooth ring through idler gear to make it rotate, then screw down the cap, if exceed the stated

torque (suction of the magnetic pillar), the slide cover and machinery body will move, the capping cover will not move, which can prevent bottles or caps damaging.
