Glass bottle filling machine description:

The filling line of small glass bottle beer is used for the production of various carbonated drinks like beer in glass bottles. In one machine to achieve the bottle, filling, sealing. The whole machine adopts the design of suspension operation by the card bottleneck, which makes the whole line operation function more reliable, and overcomes the reason that the machine can't work normally caused by the error of the bottle wall and the bottle height. Easy and quick to change bottle type.

Glass bottle filling machine features:

1. The main parts of this machine use high quality stainless steel, liquid contacting parts like filling tank, filling valve, rinsing clamp are all use SUS304, and sealing elements like O type ring, we all adopt food grade material, to make sure machine reach the production standard of every Country.

2. Machine running actions are all controlled by PLC, we use international brand Mitsubishi from Japan(other brand like Siemens, Schneider...can be changable accoridng to customer demands and local regulation.) This PLC can control all steps automatically from bottle rinsing to capping.

3. Machine running speed is also adjustable, we use high quality frequency inverter to control the main motor running speed, and people can use the button on control panel to control the machine running speed easily. Curent production speed and total production amount will also be shown on the touch screen.

4. Filling type is Isobaric filling, it is advanced filling technology for carbonated drink with gas inside, which can make sure the good quality of beverage product.

5. Crown cap sealing part use high quality material, no bottle damage, no cap damage ruring capping period.

Bottle inlet:

Screw inlet device is used for arranging glass entering into filling machine one by one, as the screw rotates, the distance between bottles becomes larger and larger, to make glass bottle get into rinsing part position without crowding.

Bottle rinsing:

Different from PET bottle clamp, glass bottle rinsing clamp is more large, and it use high quality material to hole the glass bottle neck, make sure the heavy glass bottle can in stable situation during rotary rinsing period.

Bottle filling:

Filling part use advanced isobaric filling way, which means filling valve will inject gas into glass bottle to make bottle inside pressure is same with filling tank, then beer liquid will fill into bottle, in this way, filling situation will be very stable.

Capping:

Crown capping way is used in this capping period, we use automatic cap loading system to put every crown cap in right position.
