Water bottling machine description:

Beverage Machinery is used to produce polyester bottled mineral water, purified water, alcoholic beverage machinery and other non-gas beverage machinery. This is our new designed CGF machine series, which means bottle washing, water filling and cap sealing 3 in 1 machine series, This series machines are widely used in verious drinking water and beverage production plants. Beverage Machinery can finish all the process such as washing bottle, filling and sealing, it can reduce the materials and outsiders touch time, improve the sanitary conditions, production capacity and economic efficiency. The Complete Bottled Mineral Water / Pure Water Production Line used in the beverage filling operations. The three functions of bottle wash, fill and seal are composed in one body of the machine. The whole process is automatic.

Water bottling project line:

1. Water filtration: RO water purification machine / UF mineral water filtration machine.

2. Bottle making: Full automatic bottle blow machine or Semi automatic bottle blow machine.

3. Bottle water filling: Bottle washing filling and capping machine.

4. Labeling machine: Shrink sleeve labeling machine or Sticker labeling machine.

5. Date printing: Laser type date marking or ink type date marking machine.

6: Package the bottle water: Full automatic shrink wrapping packing machine or Semi automatic shrink wrapping packing machine / Carton box packing machine

Product conveyor: It helps transfter bottles between each machines auyomaticall, which can save a lot of labor cost, and reach higher production speed; Automatic cap feeding system: It transfer caps into cap tunnels, and caps will be arranged in lines to get into cappinng station; Air conveyor: This is used to transfter empty bottles between bottle making machine(or bottle sorting machine, manual feeding table) to filling machine, empty bottles will be transferred by air, which can reduce second touch; Motors: This is power system to give power to conveyor belt, we use reduction motors to ensure the smooth operation of the conveyor belt.
